CRAFTING A NEW STORY

THE BRIEF: We were asked to support the brand in a new way to communicate the benefits of train travel. This was at a key time for the businesses development. It was in the process of being bought by SNCF and was looking to elevate its communication.

OUR RESPONSE: We spent time getting under the bonnet of the business infrastructure to help craft a communication guideline that seamlessly transitioned the brand from its humble beginnings to a new player in the rail industry across Europe.

Our work created not only a new brand experience - but an internal culture, empowering teams in the business to live and breathe its brand values.
