REIMAGINING THE WAY WE SHOP FOR JEWELLERY ONLINE.

THE BRIEF: After reviewing site data - we noticed there was a high bounce rate on the ring sizer page. For us this was a missed opportunity - a direct entry point from consideration to purchase intent.

OUR RESPONSE: We noticed that most research and review of engagement rings was being done via mobile. What if we reimagined the ring sizer page to be mobile friendly and direct users to the correct size ring to be able to proceed with the perfect proposal? We therefore set out to do 2 things:

1) Create a digital ring sizer that tied together discovery and purchase

2) Align audiences queries surround finding the perfect ring via the FAQs

Resulting in:

  • Bounce rate reduction from 90% to 60%

  • Content reuse across the brand channels

  • Creation of the first digital ring sizer that was fully mobile optimised
