SOCIAL STRATEGY  & CREATIVE PLANNING 

We were originally brought on to support the brand to produce a social first strategy at a time of significant organisational/structural change. The brand was still getting to grips with social as part of the 360 consumer experience and needed to pivot thinking, content and ideas to be able to address consumers in a significantly social media led age

We worked with the social team to understand pain points, ambitions and goals to create both a consolidated point of view in social as well as a truly social first narrative that allowed the department to make its mark within the organisation.

WHAT WE DID

  • Bringing the team together who had largely spent time fighting fires - we provided an outlet for them to sit, think and explore where they would like to take the brand in a social environment. We tackled role of social, content, audience, platforms, operations and ideation - to help them feel excited, in control and empowered to shift the dial.

  • Taking cues from the team - we spent some time reviewing what they had vs. cultural nuances that could be of interest - providing routes & social first creative thinking to take the rest of the business on the journey.

  • To help shape process and deliver on the key parts of the social strategy we produced social first shoots, ideation and alignment across channels - working with Website & Email to ensure seamless storytelling across the digital ecosystem.
