We supported the internal Social Media team at HUGO BOSS HQ on their 2016 Christmas campaign with creating an Instagram Influencer narrative.
We created a real world story in New York City, using an influencer couple through the seasonal period, showcasing key products incentivising gifting and tapping into moments of association from a brand perspective. The activity was integrated into the wider brand comms across the Christmas season.
The story resulted in one of the highest engagement rates on the channel and had one of the highest reach figures on a single organic post of the year.
We worked as an extension of the internal team to help them achieve these results – providing narrative, copy, planning and shoot support – leading to further collaborations with the brand in the up coming seasons.

We were asked to provide a content solution to the ring sizer page that would align with the new brand relaunch as well as keep users engaged on site as much as possible.
We knew that this page was a key part of the research phase for customers in the process of sourcing engagement rings.
Using search volume data surrounding key questions and queries, helped provide a thematic approach to content ideation. However pure content was not the only solution to keeping users on site for longer.
We therefore created the first digital ring sizer that was both desktop and mobile optimized. Thus allowing customers to have all the required information regarding their proposal at their finger tips. (A combination of bitesized content, video and an interactive experience)
This page became a full on site concierge service for those looking for support, solutions and guidance on their journey to their proposal - all inspired by search volume insights.
Hyatt - a sensory travel experience

We were asked to provide an idea that helped support a brand campaign for a seasonal promotion at Christmas. The campaign had to cover 5 key markets but easily translate globally. Our strategy was to create a universal driven content narrative tapping into real world experiences highlighting the idea of exploration.
Out of the core 5 markets we found a unique nuance which led to creating a sensory concept. 5 markets - 5 senses.
Tokyo = Touch, London = Sound, Dubai = Sight, Paris = Smell, Shanghai = Taste
We then sourced a travel blogger (narrator) who traveled to each location and met with a local insider who represented each theme - resulting in a 3 strands of brand collateral: Web series - documenting their travels. Visual travel diary by our traveller. Thematic visual travel diary by our insiders. The campaign showcased a style of content that the brand had not previously done, with each key market reaching full occupancy during the seasonal period as well as additional markets emulating the campaign - making the activity truly global.
wavelength vr- innovating with VR
DUO AS AN AGENCY
We were brought on to support the initial stages of preparation for a new VR centric company launch within the healthcare industry. We were asked to create collateral that could be used for funding, awareness and raising investment.
Rather than just providing assets to support this phase of activity, we decided to create a digital space that lives and breathes the development in the field. Like the brand, VR is still an evolving sector and therefore we wanted to help the company position itself as an authoritative voice through its journey of development.
The site created is now a live editorial hub, news portal and thought leadership space for the founder and community that is looking for information surrounding VR and the health world. We continue to support in building the editorial space, social channels to help amplify the content & build a story surrounding the newly formed brand.
